These sensational fast oil free mini apple pies are no exception. The first thing my husband said when he walking in from work when I was making these, “oh my God what is that amazing smell.”

The awesome thing about these is that we get all the wonderful flavors and smells and don’t even need to do any baking! So these little gems are PERFECT for those warm fall days! The trick to making these super speedy and fast is to use prepared mini phylo crusts. Although they do contain some oil, they are still fat free, so the oil content is mediocre.
