The drive to make this EPIC vegan French toast

I’m not certain whether I’m just a big French toast snob…or a French toast baby? But since going plant based I struggled to find a French toast recipe that I loved! Finally, with the use of this secret ingredient… my easy vegan scrambled egg mix, the one I use for well, scrambled Eggs, omelets or frittatas. WOW, halleluiah now I have the most epic vegan French toast that I now actually prefer over regular French toast!

All you need is a good non-stick skillet or griddle, the necessary ingredients and you’re ready to create this incredible vegan French toast!

EPIC Vegan French Toast

This French toast is so epic you can't even tell it's vegan.

  • non-stick skillet


  • 1 cup easy vegan scrambled egg mix
  • 1 tsp pure Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 12 slices Sourdough bread


  • Whisk all ingredients, except sourdough bread, together in a shallow pan.
  • Dip slices of sourdough bread into the vegan scrambled egg mixture coating all sides well.
  • Cook dipped bread for about 2 minutes on each side in a pre-heated non-stick skillet or griddle with heat set to medium. Or until each side is golden brown.
  • Add your favorite toppings, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Enjoy!
